Taylor is a dancer and choreographer from Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in dance and a minor in creative media for dance. She was a part of the Dance Alabama showcase, Dance Collection showcase, and Dance Alabama Film Festival. She was also a company member of the Alabama Repertory Dance Theatre where she performed in works by Cornelius Carter and Lawrence Jackson of Cleo Parker Robinson, Kavin Grants, John Virciglio, and Fenella Kennedy, as well as a restaging of an original Gus Giordano work. Taylor has presented her choreography in the Dance Alabama showcase and Dance Collection showcase, as well as the 2018 Young Choreographers Festival in New York City, New York, the 2020 Alabama Dance Festival in Birmingham, Alabama, and the 2020 Boston Contemporary Dance Festival.
